Definitely need this, it would save ridiculous amounts of time.
i second the suggestion to link a category to an RSS feed. The RSS feed population tool is great but linking the feed to a Category would be so much more useful.
Adding default categories to feeds would be a killer feature and save a lot of time. It also would be nice to have an "uncategorized" category available only to admin users.
